Emulsion Chem Industries Pvt. Ltd. is a leading emulsion manufacturing company located in Uttar Pradesh. We were established in 2012. We manufacture all grades of bitumen emulsin in the presence of standard consitions with maintaining all, national and international standards.

We manufacture bitumen emulsion from IOCL Bitumen & using Akzonoble's emulsifier world's best emulsifier manufacturing company. We have a sophisticated and modern blending facility equipped with latest machinery. We also have a high tech laboratory which gives accurate test result during manufacturing process of bitumen emulsion.

Over the years we gained unique experience and expertise in manufacturing and marketing of Bitumen Emulsion with the help of experienced team. Company Profile

Bitumen is used in different forms for road construction and maintenance works. One of the simplest way to use bitumen in all weather consitions is it's emulsified form of bitumen called Bitumen Emulsion. Bitumen Emulsion does not required heating during application, because it does not require heating, it does not emits fumes and harmful gases.

Bitumen Emulsion is dispersion of bitumen in water in standard consitions, in the presence of third substance named emulsifier, Bitumen Emulsion are classified as cationic or anionic depending on there ionic charge. We manufacture Cationic Bitumen Emulsion.

ECI emulsion is flowable at ambient temperature and is ready to use materials. It consists very minute Bitumen particles suspended in water. Emulsion is helpful in reducing the stripping of road. ECI emulsion areviscous, homogenient and have better storage stability. We strongly manufacture products as per IS- 8887:2004.
